We stayed in a studio with balconies and a bath for three days, the location was convenient as it was close to popular city spots like the town square and great restaurants.

the breakfast offered was absolutely fantastic with eggs, couldn't have asked for more. the double room was bright for maximum privacy, the bed was big.

The location was great: a market and boutiques were within walking distance. The local staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant was amazing with great Lebanese menu, we ordered HOT dishes.

The staff was not particularly friendly.

I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed dining at the air-conditioned restaurant with a fantastic Lebanese menu.

It is an elegant building, the rooms are well-appointed and beautifully maintained with a king size bed.

This place is well-organized and very clean, ensuring maximum privacy; it's centrally located near everything.

I like the location, we have free access to the internet, they respected the rate I got from the internet, in addition they had my reservation and there was no charge to my credit card prior to my arrival. I think that was excellent. I was so happy I stayed an additional day.

I did not like that the bell boys did not show up to help me with the luggage at 6:00am. On my way to the airport. The rooms are comfortable but there is not enough light at night in the room. They need to improve the lighting in the rooms.

The stay was very comfortable. Modern hotel with large breakfasts and impressive rooms, that's what we loved. The staff was very pleasant and everything was really good. The room we had included climate control, a private safe and television.

The staff was very attentive, the breakfast was substantial, and the suite included convenient amenities like a safe box, an iron, and a work desk.

Our last stay at Gamma Merida El Castellano was really comfortable. the hotel's location next to the central plaza and the Yucatan was marvelous and absolutely incredible.

Clean and practical rooms with private bathrooms 👍. Convenient location near Centro, making it easy to explore on foot. Located right in the heart of the action.

I recently stayed at the Gamma hotel for a week-long trip. The location was excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance to all the attractions. The private parking was very convenient for my car. The hotel itself was clean, neat, and modern. I was impressed by the great value for money and highly recommend this hotel.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The setting was great and amazing within easy reach of Casa de los Montejo. The pool was nice. The staff was very pleasant.
